I know that 3.18.1 is out and possibly fixes this issue with the PS4. We use the PS4 Slim more often than the Pro (teenage daughter has the Slim in her media room, but the Pro is connected to our main TV and sound system). Oddly, our PS4 Pro is not having any issues that we have noticed. We had this PS4 prior to getting the Eero network. This PS4 Slim had no trouble at all connecting with the Eeros until 3.18.0 update. It will then drop randomly while we are streaming. If I check in the Eero app, the PS4 Slim is connected to the 5ghz band. Once in a great while the PS4 Slim will connect when we turn it on. It will not connect unless I go into to the network section and 'setup' my network.
Then recently the PS4 Slim tells us to connect to the internet when we turn it on.
We've had this network for about 18 months with no issues. We had three Eeros for a while, then added a fourth pro. This setup has worked fine for a long time. Other devices in the same area are functioning perfectly with no problems. The PS4 Slim is sitting 5 feet from one of Pros. We are having a significant amount of trouble with our PS4 Slim.
